If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the item is defective, please contact us at support@niimbot.ch with a description of the issue and, where possible, a video showing the fault. We will assist you in resolving the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved and is due to a manufacturing or technical fault, we will accept your return.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will notify you of the status of your refund after inspection.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

The refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, depending on your payment provider.

If the item is confirmed to be defective, you will be entitled to a full refund or replacement.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
