Do you charge for return shipping?
For change of mind returns, a flat CHF10 return shipping fee applies and is deducted from the refund.

What if my item is faulty?
Return shipping will be free. We will arrange a refund or replacement, and any shipping costs paid will also be refunded if the items is faulty and under warranty.
